THE FACILITIES Approached via a lagoon, through a fringe of mangroves on the Resort side, the Reception Pavilion will leave the new arrival from the mainland in no doubt that they have entered a special place. An elevated lobby has views across a central landscaped area to the ocean and the outer islands. The reception lounge, a café area and a delicatessen are positioned near a water cascade feeding a series of pools surrounded by tropical landscaping. On an upper level, a shuttered restaurant and bar have views of volcanic mountains, lush vegetation and spectacular sunsets. This entire area is suffused with natural light, the furniture and fittings make extensive use of natural materials, and music arrives discreetly from a state of the art entertainment system. A butler service is available at all times to all guests. There are restaurants for every occasion. And for every other occasion, you can have a chef in your own kitchen.
